She graduated in Law at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen with the master’s degree and in European Law at Ghent University with the postgraduate degree.
In 2008–2010 she managed the Legal Department of the Investment and Business Development Agency CzechInvest. From 2010 to September 2017 she worked in the law firm Schönherr and was a member of the Board of the Public Procurement Association. She is now an attorney at KF Legal.
In her current legal practice, she provides legal advice to both Czech and foreign clients in regulated sectors, particularly in personal data protection, public procurement and energy law.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague with the master’s degree (2001). He also completed a one-year study programme in Spanish law at the University of Santiago de Compostela (2001–2002).
During his studies, he worked in the law firm Giese & Partner (2000–2001). After graduation, he worked in JUDr. PhDr. Oldřich Choděra’s law firm (2002–2008), first as an articled clerk, from 2006 as an attorney (having passed the bar examination with honours). He has been a member of the KF Legal team since 2008.
In his practice, he regularly deals with various issues, particularly in energy law, environmental law and administrative law in general. He has extensive experience in representing clients in both contentious and non-contentious civil proceedings before courts, as well as in proceedings before administrative authorities (Energy Regulatory Office, Czech Environmental Inspectorate, etc.).
He is actively involved in the activities of Iurisgal, a prestigious international network of law firms and the only global network whose language of communication is Spanish.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague with the master’s degree (2001). He is also a graduate of the Faculty of International Relations of the University of Economics in Prague (1998). In 2000 he completed a study placement at the Faculty of Law at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Germany.
He specialises in energy law with an emphasis on renewable energy. He has extensive experience in procedural law gained in representing clients in proceedings before courts and administrative authorities, including representation before the Czech Supreme Court and Constitutional Court, as well as the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. He also provides legal services in criminal cases in the field of electrical power engineering.

Martina Křížková has 11 years of experience in public procurement, IP, real estate law and employment law.

Martina advises both contracting authorities and bidders on public procurement. Her area of expertise also includes software solutions implementation, trademark registration as well as all aspects of employment law. Since 2012 she‘s a part of the KF Legal Team.

In 2014 she successfully completed the master’s programme at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno, during which she also studied at the Faculty of Law of TU Dresden for two semesters.
She gained attorney experience during her studies as a trainee with an independent attorney and in an international law firm.
Having completed her studies, she worked at the Administrative Department of the Ministry of the Interior until April 2016, gaining knowledge of administrative procedural law and alien law.
Kamila Havlínová joined KF Legal in May 2016 as an articled clerk, and since March 2019 she has worked as an attorney. In her work at KF Legal, she focuses on environmental law, civil law and administrative law.

Tomáš Martinec focuses on energy law, bankruptcy law and law of commercial relations. He has been working with KF Legal since 2015 and became an attorney in 2019. Tomáš has co-authored numerous legal analyses in the field of bankruptcy, debt recovery, and power engineering. He has represented creditors and insolvency administrators in insolvency proceedings. In the field of power engineering, he has experience in both defending against allegations of misconduct and in disputes between market participants. He supports clients in negotiating and contracting with business partners. Thanks to his broad perspective, he can provide comprehensive legal support to clients.

In addition to the Charles University Faculty of Law, Tomáš Martinec graduated in American studies from the Charles University Faculty of Social Sciences and completed a semester placement at the University of Richmond, Virginia. During his studies he gained experience in the law firms Vyroubal Krajhanzl Školout and HÁJEK ZRZAVECKÝ (now PEYTON legal).

Ivana Sabaková graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University with the master’s degree in 2017. During her studies, she also completed a two-semester study stay at the Faculty of Law of the Dresden University of Technology, Germany.

In 2014 she joined GÜRLICH & Co., a law firm, where she worked as a legal assistant, later as a junior attorney, specialising in civil law, commercial law and personal data protection.

Ivana Sabaková joined KF Legal as an junior attorney since April 2019 and has been working with KF Legal as an attorney-at-law since 2021. Her work in KF Legal focuses mainly on environmental law (with focus on waste regulation) and civil and commercial law, including representing clients in court proceedings.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague with the master’s degree in 2018 and passed Advanced Master’s state examination (JUDr.) in 2020. During his studies, he worked as a paralegal for an attorney-at-law, an executor and a notary. After graduation, he worked for approx. 2,5 years at the notary office as a junior lawyer, then 1 year as a junior lawyer for CS Partners law firm. After passing the bar exam (with honours) he joined KF Legal team in January 2022 as a lawyer.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc with the master’s degree (in Law and Jurisprudence) in 2018. He completed a one-semester study placement at Faculty of Law Northumbria University Newcastle in England during his studies.

Since 2017 he has been working in the field of advocacy. Previously, he worked in the law firm k.law advokátní kancelář s.r.o., first as legal assistant, later as an articled clerk, focusing on civil law and commercial law, mainly on mergers and acquisitions, litigation and real estate law.

Tomáš Linhart has been working for KF Legal since February 2022 as an attorney-at-law. As part of his activities.

She focused on environmental law during her studies and she continues to specialise in this area at KF Legal.
Tereza Kráčmarová worked as a trainee for DBK PARTNERS, advokátní kancelář, s.r.o., from 2013 to 2014.
She has been a member of the KF Legal team as an articled clerk since May 2018. As part of her activities at KF Legal, she mainly focuses on civil law, commercial law and environmental law, and also provides general legal advice.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law Palacký University in Olomouc (in Law and Jurisprudence) in 2019. During her studies, she completed a one-semester study programme at the Faculty of Law in Estonia at Tallinn University of Technology and the Faculty of Law at the University of Northumbria in Newcastle, the United Kingdom.

In her practise as a trainee and junior attorney, she focuses mainly on commercial law, civil law and environmental law. She also provides its services in intellectual property law and copyright, in both Czech and English. Since the end of 2020, she´s a part of the KF Legal team, first as a junior attorney and now as an employed attorney-at-law.

During first years of his studies he worked in a market research company, afterwards he gained his first practical legal experience during his work in two small Prague law firms, where he worked as paralegal.
